By booking an appointment with TML, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy.

All payments, deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.

Once an appointment has been confirmed, the time and resources required to provide the service are reserved exclusively for you.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Any rescheduling requests will be considered at our discretion and subject to availability.

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, late arrivals, cancellations, changes of mind, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, or unused portions of a booked session.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide your appointment due to circumstances within our control, we reserve the right to offer either a rescheduled appointment or an alternative remedy at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that may apply under applicable law.
