‘The state we call realization is simply being one’s self, not knowing anything or becoming anything. If one has realized he is that which alone is and which alone has always been; he cannot describe that state, he can only be that. Still it is a wonder that to teach this simple truth, there should come into being so many religions, creeds, methods, and the disputes among them. Oh the pity! Oh the pity!                      Ramana Maharshi

’I am a cup caught in the hand of Love. If you dont believe me, look in my eyes. Or better still……. listen to my heart.’                                                                Rumi

One day a devotee asked  Swamiji, ” What is mind control?” Throwing a flower in the air Swamiji answered, “See if my mind goes after the flower and gets glued to it, that is the mind going out of control. If I dont’t allow my mind to go out of control and keep it here – that is mind control. Simple !”                                              Sri Shivabalayogi Maharaj

Love- Tantric Massage London

There is a book called ‘Love’s True Home’ by Sri Gawn Tu Fahr (!!!)

Here are some of the quotes I like in his book:

‘A strange world exists in which everyone is born wearing five layers of clothing: physical, emotional, causal, mental and ethereal. Most only see the physical layer and believe they are the body. A naked man and woman appear and ask, “Whats with all the clothes?” For some this is a revelation and as they peel away the layers, the sweet love light in their golden hearts begin to shine through.’

‘Ive been looking for a long, long time for this thing called love;Ive ridden comets across the sky and I’ve looked below and above. Then one day I looked inside myself and joy is what I found: a golden sun residing there, beaming forth God’s light and sound’

‘One of the greatest challenges of the human state of consciousness is that we often find ourselves looking outward at life and reacting to others. This is where blame originates. What we experience in the outer world is a reflection of our inner states. When our hearts are filled with love we see love all around us.’

One of  our aims at Tantric Massage London,  is to help  our visitors understand  the point of looking within and  not always looking on the outside. This is  the real  meaning of meditation. By having the experience of our mind turning inwards, the layers will peel away more easily and we  become more and more aware of the love which has always existed within our deepest soul. This love is the true source of all happiness, peace, joy and healing.

Taking a break from tantric massage, I have been staying at the ashram of a wonderful teacher in Northern India and very rarely left the ashram, apart from a trip to Rishikesh and a dip in the Ganges. The following video may give you an idea of what life outside of an ashram in India may be like. It is called India Driving, and it is from Youtube. Make sure you turn on the volume on your computer, and for those of you who have been to India, it will remind you of how the hooter is the most necessary indicator for driving in India:

Lily has now left us, and will no longer be available on Fridays.

I like the picture below – it is in total contrast to the video above and is a reminder that India is a land of  paradoxes…….. it is also a reminder to us all that what we seek may already be there inside of us, we just need to learn to look in the right direction.
